Support legal operations and processes including legal systems and software, business objectives, legal documents and contracts, and reporting KPIs to establish legal efforts and performance. Implement and maintain legal-related software/tech, such as the team's use of Ironclad, Confluence, Jira, Coda, and integrating with other departments' software. Manage cross functional legal projects, maintain company-facing internal legal team page and knowledge base, and draft/update corporate policy documents.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at multitasking and maintaining a sharp attention to detail, and has experience with state-level business filings, license renewals, and entity management.
